Edison encourages students to become not just coders, but also inventors, problem solvers, and creative thinkers. Edison's sensors and expandable build system provide learning opportunities in areas such as arithmetic, science, critical thinking, engineering, design thinking, and more.
Coding education for all ages and skill levels
Simple barcode activities can be used to power up Edison's capabilities. Students may progress through three distinct programming languages as their abilities improve.
The Edison robots are a complete STEAM teaching tool that bring coding to life. The robots may be used as the programmable base for an incredible variety of engineering and STEM projects thanks to Edison's expandable robotics system, which works with the EdCreate construction kit and any other LEGO brick compatible building system.
The Edison STEAM Program is a term based program that lasts for an 8 week term. It allows for 4 classes of students to participate in 8 x 1 hour sessions based around coding and programming the Edison robot as well as several design and invention challenges modelling the Engineering Design Cycle.

Suitable for Years K-6
Maximum Participants: 4 classes (maximum of 30 students each class)
Duration: 8 weeks - 1 hour session for each class - 4 classes on the same day (Same day each week for 8 weeks, e.g. Monday, Tuesday etc.)
