Sammat Education makes it easy for schools, kindergartens, TAFEs, universities and government departments to order on account using an official purchase order (PO). Choose whichever method suits your procurement process — order online, or simply email your PO to us.
Two ways to order with a purchase order
Option 1 — Order online and choose Purchase Order at checkout
- Add the products you need to your cart and proceed to checkout as normal.
- At the payment step, select Purchase Order as your payment method.
- Place the order.
- Email a copy of your official purchase order to info@sammat.net.au so we can match it to your order and begin processing.
Option 2 — Email your purchase order to us
Prefer not to order online? Just email your purchase order to info@sammat.net.au, listing the products and quantities you need (or referencing a quote we've provided) along with your delivery details. We'll set up the order for you and confirm by email.
What to include on your purchase order
To help us process your order quickly, please make sure your PO includes:
- Your purchase order number
- School or organisation name and ABN
- Billing address (for the invoice)
- Delivery address
- Contact name, email and phone number
- Product names and quantities (or your quote reference)
- Any required delivery date
What happens next
Once we receive your purchase order, we'll confirm it by email, process your order and dispatch your items. A tax invoice (including GST) will be issued for payment in line with the terms shown on your invoice.
