A micro:bit class set for teaching food production, water use and sustainability. Ten Smart Agriculture Kits, ten micro:bit boards and Online Academy licences for thirty students, so a whole class can build irrigation systems, greenhouses and pond monitors that actually run.

- Each kit contains an IoT:bit Wi-Fi board, DS18B20 waterproof temperature sensor, soil moisture sensor, water level sensor, PIR motion sensor, servos and connecting leads

- Block coding in Microsoft MakeCode, working in pairs

Fifteen self-paced lessons in the Online Academy cover irrigation, greenhouse monitoring, grow lighting, pond water levels and timed feeding — enough for a full unit of work. The batteries are included too, so nothing needs buying before the first lesson.
