MakerBot SKETCH PLA is the filament made for the SKETCH range, supplied on 1kg spools in seven colours. PLA is the classroom material for good reason: it prints at a lower temperature than most alternatives, gives off less odour, and is forgiving enough that a student's first attempt usually still works.

- 1.75mm diameter - the standard size used by the MakerBot SKETCH range
- Seven colours: black, grey, blue, green, orange, red and yellow
- Tuned profiles in MakerBot Print and UltiMaker Cura
On compatibility. This is 1.75mm filament, which is the common standard across most desktop printers - including our FlashForge range. It will not fit an UltiMaker S series printer, which takes 2.85mm. If you are using it in a printer other than a SKETCH, check the spool dimensions suit your machine's holder before ordering a full set.
