Atdec Heavy-Duty Display Wall Mount
from $117.00 ex GST
($128.70 inc GST)
Heavy-duty VESA wall mounts for large displays and interactive panels. Simpler and far cheaper than a lift system, and the right answer when the panel is going on a solid wall at a fixed height.
Choose by display weight:
To 80kg — covers most 55–65 inch displays. Fixed or tilt.
To 91kg — for larger panels
To 100kg — the safe choice for a 75 inch interactive panel
To 150kg — super heavy-duty, for the largest displays
Check the display weight, not the screen size. A 75 inch panel can weigh anywhere from 45 to 70kg depending on model, and mounting hardware should have headroom over the actual figure rather than matching it exactly.
Fixed or tilt? Fixed sits flat to the wall and is more secure. Tilt angles the screen down a few degrees, which helps when a display is mounted high — above a whiteboard, for instance, or in a hall.
Height matters more than most schools expect. A panel mounted at adult height is unusable for younger students. If the same room serves Year 1 and Year 6, look at a height-adjustable TouchBoard system instead.
Delivery only — we don't install, and a large panel on a wall is a job for a qualified installer. Purchase orders accepted on school accounts.
Atdec Monitor Arm — Desk Mounted
from $278.00 ex GST
($305.80 inc GST)
Monitor arms clamp to a desk and hold a screen on a movable arm — freeing the desk underneath and letting each user set the height and angle they need. In a lab where a different student sits down every period, that adjustability is the whole point.
Choose your model:
Single Arm, F-Clamp — clamps to the desk edge. No drilling, and it comes off when the room is rearranged.
Single Arm, Grommet Clamp — fixes through an existing cable hole for a more permanent installation
Swing Arm versions — add extra reach, so a screen can be pulled forward or pushed back against the wall
Ora 10 Dynamic Arm — gas-assisted, adjusts with one hand
F-clamp or grommet? F-clamp needs an accessible desk edge and leaves no marks — the right choice for most classrooms and anything on a lease. Grommet needs a hole in the desk but is tidier and harder to remove, which suits a permanent lab fit-out.
Check VESA and weight before ordering. These fit standard VESA mounting patterns, which covers the HP monitors we stock and nearly all modern displays.
Delivery only — we don't install. Purchase orders accepted on school accounts, and we'll quote on lab quantities.
BenQ Interactive Flat Panel — 65" & 75"
from $4,817.27 ex GST
($5,299.00 inc GST)
BenQ interactive flat panels replace a projector and whiteboard with a single touchscreen — no bulb to replace, no shadows across the board, and a picture that stays readable with the blinds open.
Choose your model:
RP7504 75" — the classroom board, with BenQ's ClassroomCare health technologies built in
RE7504FV 75" Essential — the meeting-room and presentation model, with built-in conferencing
RE6504FV 65" Essential — the same in a smaller size, for smaller rooms and staff spaces
Sizing a panel to the room. A 65-inch panel suits a small classroom, breakout space or staff room. For a standard classroom where students at the back need to read text, 75 inches is the practical minimum — schools that buy 65 for a full class usually regret it.
What's not included. These are supplied and delivered only — we don't install. You'll need a wall mount or mobile trolley, and someone to fit it. Budget for that alongside the panel.
Also worth ordering: spare germ-resistant pens and a Wi-Fi dongle if the panel needs network access without a cable run.
Purchase orders accepted on school accounts — ask us for a quote on multiple panels.
BenQ Interactive Panel Accessories
from $18.14 ex GST
($19.95 inc GST)
Accessories and replacement parts for BenQ interactive flat panels — the items schools run out of first once a panel is installed.
What each one is for:
Germ-resistant pens (2 pack) — the part most often lost or broken. Antimicrobial coating matters on a surface a whole class touches.
WD02AT Wi-Fi dongle — adds Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for RP04, RM04, RE04, RM03, RP03, RE03 and RE01 series panels
TDY31 dual-band dongle — Wi-Fi for other panel generations
NFC card — for BenQ's Account Management System, so a teacher taps to sign in rather than typing credentials at the board
InstaShare — wireless screen sharing from student and teacher devices to the panel
Check panel compatibility before ordering. BenQ's dongles are tied to specific panel generations, and the pens list explicit model compatibility. Tell us your panel model and we'll confirm the right part.

HP Series 3 Pro Monitor — 21.5" to 27"
from $210.00 ex GST
($231.00 inc GST)
HP's entry-level professional monitors — IPS panels with anti-glare coating, in the sizes schools actually buy for computer labs and staff desks.
Choose your size and stand:
21.5" FHD — the smallest, for tight desk layouts and junior labs
23.8" FHD — the standard lab size, and the best value in the range
27" FHD (327PF) — more screen, tilt-only stand
27" FHD (327PH) — same panel with height adjustment as well as tilt
The PH versus PF distinction matters. PH models adjust for height; PF models tilt only. In a lab where students of very different heights use the same desk through the day, height adjustment is worth the extra — it's the difference between a workstation that fits a Year 7 and a Year 12.
Connections: VGA, DisplayPort and HDMI on the 327PH, so older desktops and newer machines both connect without an adapter.
IPS with anti-glare gives 178° viewing angles, which matters when a teacher looks over a student's shoulder rather than sitting square on.
Delivery only — we don't install or mount. Purchase orders accepted on school accounts, and we'll quote on lab quantities.
HP Series 5 Monitor — 23.8" & 27" with Speakers
from $245.00 ex GST
($269.50 inc GST)
A step up from the Series 3 Pro — same IPS picture quality, with an adjustable stand and built-in dual speakers, which removes the need for a separate speaker or headphones at every desk.
Choose your size:
23.8" FHD — the standard desk size
27" FHD — more workspace for design, video and split-screen work
27" FHD Pro (527PF) — the professional variant
Built-in speakers are the reason to choose Series 5. In a computer lab that plays video or runs language and literacy software, a monitor with sound saves buying and cabling speakers separately — and there's one less thing for students to unplug.
Delivery only — we don't install or mount. Purchase orders accepted on school accounts, and we'll quote on lab quantities.
TouchBoard Interactive Panel Mount — Wall & Floor
from $1,362.73 ex GST
($1,499.00 inc GST)
Mounting systems built specifically for interactive flat panels — wall-mounted or freestanding, fixed or height-adjustable. An interactive panel is only as good as its position, and the height that suits a Year 6 class leaves a Year 1 student reaching over their head.
Wall or freestanding?
Wall mount — cheaper, takes no floor space, but needs a solid wall and permanent fixing
Freestanding — no drilling, so it suits leased buildings, heritage walls and rooms that get reconfigured. Also moves between rooms if needed.
Fixed or height-adjustable?
Fixed height — the lower-cost option, right where one age group uses the room
Height adjustable — raises and lowers at the press of a button. Essential in a primary school, and in any room shared across year levels.
Height-adjustable systems come with three lift mechanisms — actuator, column and centre. All do the same job; the difference is the mechanism and frame design. Tell us your panel model and wall type and we'll confirm which suits.
Accessibility is worth naming. A height-adjustable panel is usable by a student in a wheelchair. A fixed one at adult height isn't.
Delivery only — we don't install. These are substantial systems and installation is a job for a qualified fitter. Purchase orders accepted on school accounts, and we'll quote on multiples.
