The CVC Word Building Mat helps early readers put sounds together to make words. Children program Bee-Bot or Blue-Bot to travel to each letter in turn — c, then a, then t — blending the sounds aloud as the robot lands, so phonics practice becomes active and memorable rather than a worksheet.
