Let students step inside a workplace before they ever set foot in one. This ClassVR Xcelerate bundle pairs ClassVR's interactive Xcelerate headsets with EduverseCTE — a career and technical education library that lets students explore industries, practise job-specific skills, and build workplace confidence, all from the classroom.
What's included:
ClassVR Xcelerate headsets (4 or 15) — 6DoF headsets with full spatial movement, ergonomic optical hand controllers, and storage with portable charging
The EduverseCTE content pack, covering career exploration, vocational pathways and career readiness
Classroom and device management via the ClassVR portal: live monitoring, session control and central device management
Your choice of a 3-year or 5-year content licence
Inside EduverseCTE:
Career Exploration — immersive job shadowing and role-specific content to help students see what a career actually involves
Vocational Pathways — hands-on practice across industries like construction, healthcare and hospitality, using industry-aligned tools and procedures
Career Readiness — scenario-based simulations that build communication, teamwork and workplace etiquette
AI-driven feedback — real-time prompts on soft skills such as eye contact, speech clarity and body language
Why the Xcelerate headset
EduverseCTE's interactive simulations run only on the Xcelerate headset, which is built for hands-on practice: precise 6DoF tracking from a four-camera system, an automatic boundary that sets up instantly, and a 90° flip-up visor so students can switch between the simulation and a face-to-face discussion without removing the headset. At under 450g, with an adjustable strap and a detachable, easy-to-clean face cushion, it's made for shared use across a class. Everything arrives preloaded and linked to your school account, with the teacher in control of every session.
ClassVR Xcelerate headsets with EduverseSTEM & CTE
from $15,904.55 ex GST

Most schools buying VR are buying it for one faculty. This bundle is for the ones where two departments want it at the same time — science asking for virtual labs, careers asking for workplace simulations — and where buying two separate sets of headsets isn't going to get through the budget.
Why buy both libraries against one set of headsets
The headsets are the expensive part; the content licences are not. A set of Xcelerate headsets sitting in a science storeroom is used a few periods a week. The same set, with both libraries on it, serves Years 7 to 10 science and the senior careers programme from one purchase, one portal and one procurement process. It also means the careers coordinator doesn't have to make their own case for hardware next budget cycle.
Practically, it changes who can book the trolley. Any teacher with a ClassVR account can launch either library, so utilisation stops depending on which department owns the cupboard.
What's on the headsets
EduverseSTEM — 500+ experiences across biology, chemistry, physics, engineering and computing, with five project-based learning units. Mapped to ACARA. Full details on the EduverseSTEM bundle.
EduverseCTE — career exploration, vocational practice and interview simulations with AI feedback on eye contact and speech clarity. Full details on the EduverseCTE bundle.

Choosing your configuration
Four headsets suit rotations where one group works in VR while the rest of the class does something else. Fifteen covers paired work across a full class. The licence runs 3 or 5 years — the 5-year term costs less per year, and matches the realistic service life of the hardware.
Headsets weigh under 450g with detachable, easy-to-clean face cushions for shared use, and content is preloaded so lessons run offline.
