The Adonit Dash 4 is an active stylus that gives students a fine, precise point for handwriting, note-taking and sketching on iPads and Android tablets. There's no Bluetooth pairing — press the button on top and it's ready to use, which makes it easy to hand out as part of a class set.

Good to know: the Dash 4 doesn't have pressure sensitivity, so a line stays the same thickness however hard you press — ideal for writing and annotation, less suited to shaded artwork. The magnetic stand is the only way to charge it, so keep it with the stylus. Spare replacement nibs and chargers are available for class sets.
