Have you been getting bluetooth dropout recently when using your Sphero? The issue has been around OS level Bluetooth crashes and only affects certain models of iPads and iPhones.

But there is some great news on the issue...

Attention - Sphero Users with iPads and iPhones! Sphero bluetooth dropouts now fixed with iOS/iPadOS 14.6

Have you been getting bluetooth dropout recently when using your Sphero? The issue has been around OS level Bluetooth crashes and only affects certain models of iPads and iPhones.

But there is some great news on the issue...

Apple has started rolling out iOS/iPadOS 14.6 to users. 14.6 has a fix that stops OS level Bluetooth crashes that were causing disconnects with Sphero BOLT and Mini in the Sphero Edu and Play apps.

Sphero has done a lot of testing over the last few weeks to confirm that the fix resolves the issue users are having.

Please update iOS/iPadOS if you have had any issues with your Spheros!
